Terms and conditions for engaging our Security Services

  1. Task Security Services Private Limited agrees to provide security services on a 24/7 basis to the premises specified by the Client These services will commence upon the finalization of an agreement and will initially be for a period of one (1) year. The duration of the agreement may be extended upon satisfactory performance by the Agency.
  2. All security personnel will be under the direct control and supervision of the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to transfer or reassign its staff as needed, with the consent of the Client, provided that the required number of personnel is consistently maintained.
  3. The Agency is responsible for the payment of salaries and the management of service conditions for its staff. The Agency shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the employment of its staff.
  4. The Security personnel of the Agency will guard the premises of this Tribunal to the best of their abilities. They will exercise all care, caution, and reasonable and prudent judgment while discharging their duties.
  5. The Agency is required to maintain proper records of payments, including statutory benefits such as EPF, ESI, and Services Tax, and shall produce these records upon request.
  6. The Agency shall submit a monthly bill to the client for services rendered. Payment will be made through RTGS by the Pay & Accounts Office (PAO), Nagpur, typically within 15-20 days from the submission of the bill.
  7. The Client reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice if any act by the Agency or its personnel is deemed unsatisfactory. The Client's decision in this regard shall be final.
  8. The Agency shall assist in the prevention and recovery of any theft or damage to the Client's property and cooperate fully in any investigation.
  9. The Agency will not be held liable for any loss or damage to property, except where such loss or damage is proven to be due to the negligence of the Agency or its personnel.
  10. Maintenance of accounts: The Security Agency is required to maintain proper account payments including all statutory benefits like EPF, ESI, and Services Tax, etc., being paid to the personnel/organization concerned and should be produced on demand.
